GENERAL/BOOKING

  • No, FlexScan Ultrasound is a direct-pay service only. We do not accept or bill insurance. This lets us keep our pricing completely transparent, offer longer scan times, and focus 100% on patient care without insurance paperwork or restrictions.

    We do accept HSA and FSA cards. Superbills are available on request if you want to submit to insurance yourself.

  • We come to your home or clinic throughout Utah County and Salt Lake County, including Lehi, American Fork, Highland, Alpine, Cedar Hills, Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Vineyard, Orem, Provo, Springville, Mapleton, Spanish Fork, Salem, Payson, Santaquin, Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Salt Lake City, West Valley City, Murray, West Jordan, Sandy, South Jordan, Draper, Riverton, Herriman, and Magna.

    Travel is free in all of Utah County and all of Salt Lake County. Park City, Heber City, Midway, Kamas, Tooele, Grantsville, and Stansbury Park are a flat $30, added at booking before we drive. On the edge of that range, text (385) 203-8833 with your city.

Because we are direct-pay, there are no hidden fees or surprise bills. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash. HSA and FSA accepted. Elective home scans start at $79.

FOR PATIENTS

  • We offer elective pregnancy scans, full-body diagnostic and health screening ultrasounds, gender determination, and more. Everything is performed in the comfort of your home or office.

  • Elective baby scans are 15–30 minutes.

    Diagnostic exams and screenings usually run 30–60 minutes.

  • Elective baby scans do not need a referral.

    Health screenings do not need a prescription.

    Diagnostic exams need a provider order.

  • Yes, ultrasound is completely safe and uses no radiation. All scans are performed by Niccole, our ARDMS-certified sonographer with over 10 years of hospital experience across five states. She is highly skilled in full-body imaging.

  • Elective scans include printed photos before we leave. A USB of photos and video is included with the Premium 3D/4D package. On the Gender package it is available on request. Diagnostic and screening reports are emailed securely within 24–48 hours, and we can send a copy to your provider with your permission.

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead at no charge. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is kept.

FOR PHYSICIANS & CLINICAL PARTNERS

  • Yes! We offer flexible fee-for-service contracts. We bring our equipment and certified technician straight to your clinic so you can offer in-house ultrasound without buying a machine or hiring staff. You pay a flat fee per scan. We invoice you. You bill your patient, or keep the visit inside your membership.

  • We schedule around your needs, perform the scans on-site, and deliver images and reports quickly. Your team handles patient check-in. You pay a flat fee per scan. We invoice you. You bill your patient, or keep the visit inside your membership. It’s seamless and designed to save you time and overhead.

ABOUT US & PRIVACY

  • Absolutely. Patient privacy and security are our top priorities. All images and reports are handled through secure, HIPAA-compliant systems.

  • We are a family-owned practice based in Lehi. Niccole spent years in hospitals and as a traveling sonographer and wanted families and clinics along the Wasatch Front to get hospital-grade imaging without the drive and the waiting room. FlexScan launched in Utah County in April 2026.
