GENERAL/BOOKING

No, FlexScan Ultrasound is a direct-pay service only. We do not accept or bill insurance. This lets us keep our pricing completely transparent, offer longer scan times, and focus 100% on patient care without insurance paperwork or restrictions.

We currently serve all of Utah County and southern Salt Lake County, including Provo, Orem, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Draper, South Jordan, and surrounding communities. We come directly to your home or clinic.

Booking is easy! Visit our Scans page, choose the scan you need, and select your preferred date and time. You can also call or text us at (385) 203-8833. We typically have availability within a few days.

Pricing is clear and listed on our Scans page for every type of scan. Because we are direct-pay, there are no hidden fees or surprise bills. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
FOR PATIENTS

We offer elective pregnancy scans, full-body diagnostic and health screening ultrasounds, gender determination, and more. Everything is performed in the comfort of your home or office.

Most scans last 30–60 minutes (longer than typical hospital visits). You’ll be in a relaxed setting with no waiting rooms. Niccole explains everything as she goes.

No doctors’s referral or prescription is required for electives, prescriptions are encouraged for both health screenings and diagnostics. However, screenings do not require a prescription. Diagnostics do require a prescription.

Yes, ultrasound is completely safe and uses no radiation. All scans are performed by Niccole, our ARDMS-certified sonographer with over 10 years of hospital experience across five states. She is highly skilled in full-body imaging.

For diagnostics and screenings you will recieve a written report within 24–48 hours (often the same day). We email them securely to you and, with your permission, can also send them directly to your doctor.
For elective pregnancy scans, we print physical pictures for you right away so you can enjoy them immediately while we’re there. We can also save the digital files to a USB drive for an extra charge if you’d like.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee to hold the appointment slot.
FOR PHYSICIANS & CLINICAL PARTNERS

Yes! We offer flexible fee-for-service contracts. We bring our equipment and certified technician straight to your clinic so you can offer in-house ultrasound without buying a machine or hiring staff. You keep full control of billing your patients’ insurance.

We schedule around your needs, perform the scans on-site, and deliver images and reports quickly. Your team handles patient check-in and insurance billing exactly as you do now. It’s seamless and designed to save you time and overhead.
